FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Do I need an appointment?
Yes! We want to make sure your bridal experience is one of a kind and that we can give you the dedicated, individual attention of one of our trained stylists, so please give us a call or schedule online. We also recommend appointments for bridesmaids, tuxedos, and prom dresses. If an appointment is not available on the online schedule, please do not hesitate to call us!
2. How much time do I have during my appointment?
Standard bridal appointments are 1.5 hours to ensure you have plenty of time to find your perfect gown. We also offer a VIP PACKAGE allowing you and your party to have the boutique to yourselves, and you can bring your own celebratory food and beverages (please call for scheduling and pricing).
3. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can make an appointment using the online schedule on this website. If you have questions about your appointment, or you don't see the time you want, feel free to give us a call, or send us an email, as we are happy to accommodate most requests.
4. How do I pay for my gown?
We accept most forms of payment, including credit card, check, and cash. If paying by check, keep in mind we have to wait for your check to clear before ordering your gown. Bridal gowns must be paid in full to order, but we do have flexible payment plans to make sure you get the dress of your dreams!
5. How long do wedding dresses take to come in?
Most designers ship within 6-8 months of receiving your order. If your date is closer than that, you still have plenty of options! Rush shipping is available, and select gowns are kept in stock with the designer and can ship in a matter of weeks. We also offer gowns from our collection you can take home same day.
6. What sizes do you carry and how do I know my size?
We carry a great variety of sizing in store from 6-30 and most of our gowns can be ordered in a size 0-32. Every designer has a different size chart, and they tend to run smaller than regular clothing. Our trained consultants will take your measurements when you find your gown to help you determine what size will fit you best.
7. Do you have any sales?
Yes! Keep an eye on our Instagram and website to be the first to learn about special promotions.
8. What are price ranges of the gowns you sell?
Orderable gowns range from $1500 to $5000 depending on the designer and store location (Tulsa, Norman or Edmond). Feel free to give us a call or email to figure out the average pricing for the look you are considering.
9. How long does it take for bridesmaids dresses to come in?
Bridesmaid’s gowns typically take 2-4 months to come in. However, rush and quick delivery options are also available for most designers.
10. Can you get a dress you don't have in store?
If there is a dress you are interested in, but we do not have in store, some designers offer a Loan Gown Program, and we can often borrow the gown from the designer for a small shipping charge.
11. Do you offer alterations?
Alterations are not available in-house, but we have several recommended seamstresses who are more than qualified to handle any alterations you might need. The charge for alterations is determined by the seamstress and is in addition to the cost of your gown. We suggest taking your gown to alteration 1-2 months before your wedding.
12. What is your return policy?
Due to the special nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. No refunds or returns.
